CURRENT 93: THUNDER PERFECT MIND (THE SPHERES 20) RE-ISSUE
We are OverMoon to announce the reissue of Current 93’s seminal double album from 1992, Thunder Perfect Mind. Newly and Perfectly remastered by The Bricoleur, and with a New Face to the Old Sleeve designed by Ania Goszczyńska, this beautiful edition of one of C93’s many Hallucinatory PickNick MasterPieces is on transparent purple vinyl and comes with a 4-page lyric insert. It is the first time that has been available on vinyl since its first pressing, in an edition of 1,500 copies, in 1992. Here are SixTeen Tracks To The Stars.

To celebrate our recent SisterBrother Channellings in Berlin, we commissioned from the soaring Bladud Flies!, a CURRENT 93 / HYPNOPAZŪZU 12” Lathe cut by The Bricoleur and with the labels engraved by Lauren Winton of Bladud Flies! with a silkscreened cover and one-sided silkscreened black and silver ink insert. Limited to 200 copies, Side 1 features a previously unreleased version, with different vocals, of “SunFlower” from C93’s HoneySuckle Æons album, and side 2 features a magical new remix by Youth of HYPNOPAZŪZU’s “Christmas With The Channellers” from her Create Christ, Sailor Boy album.
100 copies of this lathe were available to special ticket purchasers at the Berlin Channellings. We have a very small number of these lathes available for purchase. A small number of copies will also be available very soon from the online shop at House of Mythology.

All of the artwork sketches I put up recently sold out very quickly. More sketches will be going up soon and people who are interested should keep checking the ORIGINAL ARTWORK section of the website, as we don’t always send an update announcing more have been added. As we originally mentioned, David has been working on a lot of new paintings and sculptures and installation pieces for his LA exhibition in March 2019; these sketches we are adding to the website are pieces that David that Hop and Skip onto the BoneScreen of David’s Skull whilst working on new works.

Original Soundtrack Score: Composed, Recorded, and Produced by Stephen Thrower. Green vinyl 12” LP with full-colour, illustrated, insert; notes by Stephen Thrower & producer David McGillivray.
Set in a gentlemen’s clothing shop in 1976, and based on a screenplay written in the 1970s by an esteemed theatrical Knight and lover of corduroy (who cannot be named for legal reasons), Trouser Bar reveals the passions that bulge behind the fitting-room curtain. Directed by gay porn legend Kristen Bjorn and produced by author and screenwriter David McGillivray, the film features porn idols Hans Berlin, Ashley Ryder and Craig Daniel, with cameos from Julian Clary, Barry Cryer and Nigel Havers.
THE SOUNDTRACK:
Side One features the pounding disco soundtrack for Trouser Bar, composed, recorded, and produced by Stephen Thrower. Side Two features three compositions from the stranger shores of Thrower’s work with Cyclobe and UnicaZürn, and were originally commissioned by the BFI in 2012 for the DVD releases of two silent films by Peter De Rome: Encounter (1971) and The Fire Island Kids (1971).
