Scribbles, Scrawls, And Signs: The Light Is Leaving Us All (Film) XII

Scribbles, Scrawls, And Signs: The Light Is Leaving Us All (Film) XII

£39.00

A4 (210 × 297 millimetres; 8.27 × 11.69 inches). Signed by David Tibet, in pencil.

Text used for the film by Davide Pepe announcing the album The Light Is Leaving Us All. The original title for The Light Is Leaving Us All was Red, hence the phrases in two of the pieces (V and VIII) you will see in this section which spell “C93 red”—and hence also the cuneiform text in this piece, which reads H̱U-UŠ-ŠU-Ú, ẖūšû, the Babylonian word for “red”. The album knew herself as being conceived on my birthday—March 5—in 2017, and as being born on my birthday in 2018. I considered the album to be another aspect of my, and our, and C93’s skipping to Armageddon.
